Rules and Regulations

Policies to know about:

The following rules were established to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and maintenance, with a "Good Neighbor Policy" in mind. Since every contingency cannot be covered in a set of rules, from time to time, modification may be necessary. 

Your compliance is very much appreciated and will ensure a pleasant stay for all guests. 

  • RVs MUST be 2011 model and newer or approved by management.
  • All rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Children must be supervised at all times. 
  • Customers are responsible for their guests, and visitors. 
  • ALWAYS clean up after your pets, and your sites. 
  • MAXIMUM OF 2 DOGS or 1 Service animal and 1 pet, or 2 service animals.
  • Pet fee is $2 plus tax per pet, per night, and must be registered with the guest service office.
  • PETS MUST be on leash at all times,
  • ABSOLUTELY NO pitpulls, rotweiler, dobermans, pinschers, and chows. 
  • Park Quiet hours:10 PM - 7 AM
  • "In" and "OUT" to the park is allowed for ATV, UTV, M/C, or other off-road vehicles. Joy riding in the park is NOT permitted
  • Never park in an empty site or on the street.
  • NOT ALLOWED AT ANY TIME: Generator operation, clothesline, entering sites other than the one assigned to you without permission.
  • Each site is limited to one vehicle. If there is room on your site, you may park an additional vehicle if it does not stick out beyond your site area. Management must approve a third vehicle.
  • Customers are responsible for their belongings
  • Alcohol consumption is allowed at your site ONLY!
  • No show reservations will be charged a full-night’s stay; rate is based upon site size.
  • Resort may require you to leave without refund for unruly behavior, objectionable behavior, drunkenness, disrespect to other customers or staff, or violation of rules of the resort. 
  • Music should never be loud enough to be heard outside of assigned guest space. 
  • ABSOLUTELY NO CAMPFIRES. GAS FIRES ARE ALLOWED
  • NO FIREWORKS

Check Out Time: 11 am

Check in time: 12 pm -  6 pm  Contact us @ 435-850-7890 to make arrangements.

Clubhouse is open from 8:30am –  6pm Mon - Fri and 8am - 4pm Sat. & Sun. Customer must sign in to use club house and clean up after use by customer and or customer's visitors, and invitees. 

 Hours may vary on Holidays and  weekends.
CANCELLATION POLICIES

Contact our office during office hours at least 3 days prior to your arrival day, or log in our website and enter your booking number to modify or cancel your reservation. Emails or texts messages are not an accepted. If you cancel inside the 3-day time frame, you will be charge full price including tax of your 1st night of your daily and weekly reservations. Some of our rates are non-refundable. 

Weekly rates are based on 7 stay days. Early departures will result in the rate reverting back to daily base rate
